Kay M. Brown serves as the President of Merchants Property Group.  Ms. Brown holds her Certified Property Manager (CPM^®) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) since 1995 and believes in a hands-on team approach to management, leasing and accounting.  She works very hard to create an environment in which open communication ensures coordination of these functions.  Conscious of our fiduciary responsibility to owners, she focuses on doing whatever it takes to create the best tenant mixes and income streams for properties in our portfolio.  Ms. Brown believes in the importance of establishing and nurturing relationships as an effective way of doing business and maintains strong ties with tenants in an effort to increase tenant retention and decrease turnover.
